Came across (2) pipe leaks, and quite a few sprinkler heads that look to be sitting in the ground, along with some other concerns (rain sensor, and zone #1 not turning on.) We will be sending (3) estimate to take care of the mentioned issues; one of the estimates is a “fix-all” that improves coverage (relocating and adding heads), Finding Zone #1, and getting it back online, installing a rain sensor, and all other issues we found today. The other two estimates shave off issues that don’t require immediate attention, such as the rain sensor, relocating for better coverage, and focuses, etc. These estimates are for the scenario where the customer wants to take care of the aforementioned issues in phases, as all of our findings are crucial to the efficiency of the system nonetheless. Overall system check and repairs. We replaced zone 8 and 12 valve as they were seized shut. Replaced leaking rotor in zone 1. Replaced a rotor which wasn’t rotating anymore in zone 2. Replaced a leaking head in zone 10. Replaced 7 nozzles which were either clogged, broken, or overspraying. Will provide estimate for general imrovements. Completed the system check, repaired 1” lateral line broken by fiber installation, additional replaced two nozzles that were clogged because of debris in the line from the pipe break.
Customer wanted to move forward with critical leaks, so we replaced 4 sprinkler heads with 6” pressure regulated heads. We do recommend replacing the master valve sometime soon, as the electrical resistance is getting low to the point where it might not kick on.

The customer is having a pool installed in the backyard. The purpose of todays visit was to see if we could save any of the system during construction. We were able to keep zones 1-3 online. After the pool is finished the customer will reach back out for a quote on reconstruction.

We replaced 4 leaking heads repaired lateral line on zone 6 back yard replaced on rotor on zone 1
Today’s visit we checked irrigation system and fixed what was broken. Zone 1 fixed broken drip, zone 6 replaced an old Weathermatic valve with a rainbird valve, zone 7 replaced nozzle, zone 9 replaced nozzle and zone 12 replaced an emitter.
